While we hope that our souvenirs spark joy and curiosity, we understand that sometimes things might not go as expected. That's why we offer a fair and flexible return and exchange policy to ensure your complete satisfaction.

1. Returning to the Past: Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase, accompanied by proof of payment.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging intact.
  • Customized or personalized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective.

2. How to Travel Back in Time: Return & Exchange Process

  • If you purchased in-store, visit our Bazaar with your item and receipt.
  • For online orders, send us an email at info@esnaroutes.com with your order details, reason for return/exchange, and photos if the item is damaged.

3. Treasures of the Past: Refunds & Store Credit

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
  • You can choose store credit to explore another handcrafted piece.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damage or incorrect items.

4. Unlocking New Possibilities: Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges depend on availability. If unavailable, you can choose another item of equal value or store credit.
  • For online exchanges, return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item is defective.

5. When Time Leaves Its Mark: Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photos. We will offer a replacement or full refund (including shipping).
